Who we are

RedBud Plant Care is Eric’s plant, tree and garden care business in Logan, Utah. Questions about this page? Email ericjkunzler@gmail.com or call (435) 232-2638.

What we collect and why

When you send the quote form, we get your name, phone number, email, the service you pick and your message. We use them only to reply, give you a quote and do the work. When you call, text or email us, we get what you send, for the same reasons.

The form reaches us as an email. To stop spam floods, the form service keeps a scrambled (one-way hashed) copy of your network (IP) address, together with how many requests came from it, for about a day. If its spam filter flags a message, the form service keeps that message for up to 30 days, so a real request isn’t lost, then deletes it. A message that looks like a sales pitch goes to our website developer to check instead of to us.

Analytics and cookies

Vercel Web Analytics counts visits and quote requests, and Ahrefs Web Analytics counts visits, so we can see how the site is doing. Neither uses cookies or identifies you.

Google Analytics also measures visits to this site. It uses cookies to count pages viewed, how visitors arrived, and general location and device, in aggregate. We do not use it for advertising. You can block cookies in your browser, or use Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don’t load Google Analytics.

Who handles it

• Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, it sees your IP address and browser details when it sends you a page.
• Our website developer, who built and looks after this site, runs the form service that passes the quote form on to our email, and Resend delivers it.
• Google Maps shows our listing’s map next to the quote form and on the Service Areas page. When the map loads, Google gets your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies.
• Google (Gmail) runs our email.
• Vercel, Ahrefs and Google run the visitor counts above.

We don’t sell your data

We don’t sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Quote requests stay in our email while we need them to quote, schedule and do the work. Ask any time and we’ll delete yours.

Your choices

Email or call us to see what we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
